Yes! Donors will be asked if they'd like to add the transaction fee to their donation. The majority of donors choose to do this.

We offer full hardware maintenance and warranty. If a kiosk stops functioning through normal use, we will ship a replacement unit immediately at no cost to you.

We highly recommend connecting the kiosk to your Masjid's secure Wi-Fi via ethernet for optimal performance, however our kiosks also work with Wi-Fi.

Absolutely. When you set up your Khayr account, you will input your organization's legal details and tax ID. The automated email receipts are formatted to meet all federal requirements for charitable giving.
